SHOP ID查找方式：

1. 进入Seller Center的My Setting（卖场设定）

2. 点击如左图的图案，出来的链接就是你的店铺主页。店铺链接的最后那串数字就是Shop ID。

PRODUCT ID查找方式：

1. 进入Seller Center的My Product（我的商品），并选中你想查看的商品。

2. 点击如左图位置，就可查看该商品的前台链接，链接最后一串数字为该商品的Product ID.

You can get the seller account on Shopee marketplace here: Shopee

Once you open this link, you will be redirected to the Shopee Marketplace.

Next, where you have to choose among the seven countries of SOUTH-EAST ASIAN regions in which you want to sell.

After choosing the country, click on the Signup tab which is placed on the right corner upwards of the page as shown below in the screenshot:

The registration form pops up, where you have to provide details which are shown below in the image:

Once you have provided all the above information, click on Sign Up. You can also log in with your Gmail account or connect with Facebook.

To get your Shopee Store ID, open the browser and search for SHOPEE SELLER.

Click this domain– https://seller.shopee.com.my/account/signin , according to your selected region.

Log in by providing your:

After performing the steps for login, please click on SHOP PROFILE which is visible to you just below your username as shown in the above image, and you will be redirected you to the profile page of Shopee as shown below in the screenshot:

Here, please click on an icon which is on the right side of view shop which is highlighted through the red square box, and redirects you to the page where you will get your Shopee Store Id in your URL as shown in the image screenshot:

You can now connect your WooCommerce store with Shopee Marketplace after completing the above steps.

After the accomplishment of integration, the mandatory step to be taken by you (admin) is the Configuration of your Store with Shopee Marketplace.

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Next, click on the Shopee section of the panel.

The next page displays the Account name, Shopee store Id, Shopee location, and account status.

Add your Shopee account, through the “ONE CLICK AUTHORIZATION” step.

In the image above, click on the ADD ACCOUNTS tab, as shown in the above screenshot.

Next, click on AUTHORIZE, which will redirect you to an authorization page of Shopee. This page asks for some details, as shown below in the image:

The page above requires some information such as:

1. 1. 1. • a) Select the region where you want to sell.

1. 1. 1. • b) Enter your Email/PhoneNo./Username and password in the above form.

With a centralized dashboard, you get to carry out the essential activities and get access to crucial information from a single window.

Obtain the data of all your uploaded products from the WooCommerce store to the Shopee store under the Product Uploaded List.

To get the list of products that are uploaded on the Shopee. Click on DOWNLOAD ARROW and a CSV file will be downloaded.

Easily get the data of the products with errors on your Shoppe Store from the Product Error Log. To get the data of the products with errors, you can easily click on the DOWNLOAD ARROW to obtain a CSV file.

• Total available WooCommerce products:

Under the above feature, the total number of WooCommerce products is mentioned to help you keep an eye on your WooCommerce inventory numbers.

• Total products uploaded on Shopee:

Keeping you updated, the number of products that are listed on Shopee are reflected under this feature.

• Products not uploaded in Shopee:

Keeping you a step ahead & easing your access to information – Product Not Uploaded in Shopee feature shows the number of products that are not uploaded on the Shopee store.

To see the number of products with errors, simply look under the products with error features in the dashboard.

• • Store ID: Your store’s ID is reflected here in the Account Setting.
  • Store Name:Look for your store’s name under the Account Setting adjacent to Store Name.
  • Store Location: The location of your store is mentioned here in the Account Setting.
  • Account Status: Your store’s status is mentioned under the Account Status-

a) Active- If your account is active.
b) Inactive- If your account is inactive.

• Reauthorization:Click the Reauthorization button in case you have reauthorized your Shopee Account.

You can perform settings on Shopee through the following steps: Here is the list of options that you access from the DASHBOARD:

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

In the Account Section of Shopee, click CONFIGURE it will proceed you towards the SETTINGS page of Shopee as shown in the screenshot below:

The Settings Page of Shopee includes two sections:

1. • a) General Settings.
   • b) Scheduler Information.

You will find essential details under GENERAL DETAILS required to be filled successfully upload products on Shopee.

a) General Details:

1. Package Weight (in kg)- It is mandatory to specify the weight of your product to ensure that it’s successfully uploaded on Shopee. (it must be present at the product level, profile level, or in General settings)
2. Package Width (in cm)- Specify the width of your product package and make sure that it has been successfully uploaded on Shopee. (Make sure it should be present at the product level, profile level or in the General Settings)
3. Package Length (in cm)- You need to specify the length of your product package and also be sure that it’s successfully uploaded on Shopee. (it needs to be present at the product level, profile level, or in General settings)
4. Package Height (in cm)- It’s required to specify the height of your product package and also ensure that it’s successfully uploaded on Shopee. (it is necessary to be present at the product level, profile level, or in General settings)
5. Pre Order – Enter your choice to take the pre-orders for products not available in your inventory (and, or you can plan to manufacture it after receiving the order). Hence you need to select the ‘Yes’ option. It will mark the product as ‘Pre Order’ on Shopee.
6. Days to Ship (7-30 days) – Here, you need to specify the number of days it will take to ship the pre-order product successfully. The period ranges from 7(minimum) to 30(maximum) days.
7. Product Condition – Select a suitable option, either ‘new or used’ based on the condition of the product.
8. Markup Type – If you plan to set a different price for your product on the Shopee marketplace, you can choose to do it in terms of Fixed Increase, Fixed Decrease, Percentage Increase, or Percentage Decrease. These four options will be displayed once you click on the dropdown.
9. Similarly, you can increase/decrease product(s) price percentage-wise. Choose the Percentage Increased/Percentage Decreased option.
10. Markup Price- Enter the value which you want to use as a markup value.
11. Conversion Rate – Enter the conversion value concerning your WooCommerce store currency corresponding to the rate of the country you want to sell.
    Ex: If your WooCommerce store currency set to USD and you are planning to sell in Malaysia. You have to enter conversion value as 4.19 because 4.19 RM equals to 1 USD.
12. Now click on the ‘SAVE’ button. It will save all your product details required to upload product(s) on Shopee.

b) Scheduler Information:
Bulk Profile Sync Product Upload This scheduler will help you to upload your products automatically on shopee with the help of profile data.

The Scheduler Information is packed with updated features to help you import products & set the scheduler events.

1. Auto Import Products- Click on the check box corresponding to the Auto Import Products in order to auto-import the products from your WooCommerce store.
2. Scheduler- Clicking & opting for this feature will trigger the scheduler events between your WooCommerce & Shopee Store.

To carry out the category mapping, the admin has to follow the necessary steps.

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

In this section, you are required to map your WooCommerce store product type with the categories on the Shopee marketplace.It is a mandatory step, and you need to ensure that the product is successfully uploaded in the correct product category on Shopee.

You have to choose the correct Shopee product category which is provided in the list as shown in the screenshot below.

Now, after clicking on the ‘Save’ button, you will be redirected to the profile creation, under the Profile section.

Admin can create a new profile and assign it to the group of those products, and then upload the profile on Shopee. It saves the time of making the same changes in each meta-keys of every product.

It means, instead of making the changes in the common meta-keys of every product, and admin can create a profile and assign it to all the products having common meta-keys,

While creating and editing the profile, the admin has to select the product and the corresponding meta-keys. These meta-keys apply to all the products that are assigned to the profile.

1. Admin can do the following tasks:

• Add a new profile.
• Edit the existing profile.
• Deleting the profile.

a) Adding New Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to a page where you have to hit on the Profile button

The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following screenshot:

Then click on the “Add Custom Profile” button it will redirect you to a new page where you have to fill the details as shown in the image to add a new profile.

Once you have provided all these details, click SAVE to save a profile.

b) Editing The Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to hit the Profile.

The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following screenshot:

In the above appearing image, you need to click on EDIT which is written just below the name of your profile to edit the profile which will redirect you a page as shown in the screenshot:

Once you fill all the details, click on the SAVE button.

c) Deleting The Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

Clicking on Shopee will redirect you to a page where you need to hit the PROFILE button.

The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following figure:

As shown in the above image, click on DELETE to delete the profile. This will lead to the unmapping of the profile from the store Category of products to which the profile was assigned.

Bulk Upload ↑ Back to top

From the Bulk Upload feature, you can easily opt & bulk upload the items on the Shopee store under the mapped WooCommerce categories of those items.
You need to carry these actions first-

1. a) Map the appropriate product category of the item with the corresponding WooCommerce category.
2. b) Enable the BULK UPLOAD feature for the bulk upload of those items on the Shopee store.
3.  Note-Please remember that this feature will only work if the ‘BULK PROFILE SYNC PRODUCT UPLOAD’ is enabled in the ‘SCHEDULER INFORMATION’ of the SETTINGS.

Admin can view all the product details such as the assigned Profile name, Product selling price, and the Product inventory.
Admin can edit the product meta-keys and assign the profile to the products. Also, the admin can upload the selected products to the Shopee marketplace.

Thus, admin can perform the following tasks:

1. Upload the selected products.
2. Update the selected products.
3. Update the image of the selected product.
4. Update the stock of the selected product.
5. Update the price of the selected product.
6. Removing the selected product.

1. Uploading The Selected Product On Shopee

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following screenshot:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Upload Products.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Upload Products, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The selected products are uploaded, and a success message appears on the page.

2. Updating The Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update Products.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update the Products, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The products are updated, and a success message appears on the page.

3. Updating The Image of Selected Product Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update the image.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update image, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The images are updated, and a success message appears on the page.

4. Updating The Stock of Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update the stock.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update stock, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The stocks are updated, and a success message appears on the page.

5. Updating The Price of Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update the price.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update price, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The prices of the products are updated, and a success message appears on the page.

6. Removing The Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab.

The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure:

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Remove the product.

Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the remove price, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot:

The products are removed, and a success message appears on the page. Note-

PRODUCT LAST UPDATE LOG- The information related to the last update of the product log is shown under the column.

EXCLUDE UPDATE- Enabling this feature will stop the bulk update of the products in case the ‘ Inventory Sync Scheduler’is enabled in the Scheduler of the Settings.

Filter your orders with ease under the Fetch Order filter section:

1. Ready to Ship: Opt for Ready to Shop orders & further click on Fetch Orders to see all the orders which are ready to be shipped.
   
2. Processed: Choose the Processed option in order to filter out all the processed orders & click on Fetch Orders.

Arrange Shipment from WooCommerce:
You can now arrange the shipments from WooCommerce directly. Follow these steps to do the same-

• Arrange your shipment from WooCommerce.
• The airway bill will be generated on your Shopee store.
• Now you can easily print the shipment bill from your WooCommerce store.

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Shopee section of the panel.

On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Orders tab.

The ORDER page appears, as shown in the following screenshot:

Click FETCH ORDERS to fetch your orders.

Q1- Is it possible to set various delivery rates for different countries?
Ans. Yes, it is possible to set various delivery rates for different countries. You can define various shipping values for each country while uploading your products to your Shopee store from WooCommerce.

Q2- How much would Shopee commissions cost?
Ans. The Shopee business concept allows you to list and sell your items for free. Shopee does not charge its merchants any commission fees or listing fees. You keep all you make, regardless of the profit you turn.

Q3- Can I change the price of my WooCommerce products while they’re being uploaded to Shopee?
Ans. Yes, you can change the price of your WooCommerce products while they’re being uploaded to Shopee. You just need to go to the plugin and open the product edit option through which you can change the price of the product.

Q4- When I upload a product, I occasionally notice that the data is submitted from a different profile than the one to which the product belongs. Is this a flaw?
Ans. No, it isn’t a flaw. This occurs when a product has two Woo categories. When two Woo categories are mapped to two separate Shopee categories, then this notification occurs. Here, if a product belongs to two different Woo categories, both the Woo categories should be mapped to a single Shopee category.

Q5- Is there a way to list all my WooCommerce products on Shopee without having to upload them one by one?
Ans. No, you won’t have to manually push or upload all of your WooCommerce store’s products to the Shopee store. The plugin has a bulk option where you just map all the same product categories to a profile and then submit them all at once.

Make sure the product price is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the price (this will be auto reflected in the store). While updating the price, remember to ensure it is a positive number.

2. Item Weight Invalid

Make sure the product weight is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, update it in the WooCommerce store. While updating the weight, remember the below points.

• Your product weight must be in kilograms.
• The weight of the product must be a positive number.

3. Package Width Should be bigger than 1

Make sure the product width is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, update it in the WooCommerce store or the Profile section of the store. While updating the width, remember the below points.

• Make sure the width must be in Centimeters.
• The width should be a positive number.

4. All mandatory attributes are required

If you don’t fill all necessary attributes (under Category Specific section) in the profile assigned to the product. This will lead to product upload failure.

5. The stock should be in between 1 and 9,99,999

It’s necessary that quantity must be present and it should be between 1 and 9,99,999. Make sure the product quantity is present in your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the quantity(this will be auto reflected in the store).

6. The type of Image URL is invalid.

You must upload the image of 1024*1024 pixel (recommended), and there can be a maximum of 9 images, and a minimum 1 image is mandatory. Make sure the product image is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the image(this will be auto reflected in the store).

a. Title Length Exceeded.

Depending upon the country in which you plan to sell your products, the recommended title length is as below.

• • • Indonesia: Keep the title of your product in between 5 (Minimum) to 100 (Maximum) characters.
    • Malaysia: Make your product title in between 20 (Minimum) to 120 (Maximum) characters.
    • Singapore: Your product title should be in between 1 (Minimum) to 120 (Maximum) characters.
    • Taiwan: Let your product title be in between 1 (Minimum) to 60 (Maximum) characters.
    • Thailand: The product title must be in between 20 (Minimum) to 120 (Maximum) characters.
    • Philippines: The range of your product title should be in between 1 (Minimum) to 100 (Maximum) characters.
    • Vietnam: Keep your product title in between 1 (Minimum) to 120 (Maximum) characters.

b. Description Length Exceeded.

Depending upon the country in which you plan to sell your products, the recommended title length is as below.

1. 1. • Indonesia: Keep the description of your product in between 20 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Malaysia: Make your product description should be in between 100 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Singapore: Your product description should be in between 20 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Taiwan: Let your product description should be in between 3 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Thailand: The product description should be in between 25 (Minimum) to 5000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Philippines: The range of your product description must be in between 20 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.
      • Vietnam: Keep your product description in between 100 (Minimum) to 3000 (Maximum) characters.

Note – avoid using HTML tags in the description as these are not supported so will be stripped.

Products not uploaded in Shopee:

Active- If your account is active.
Inactive- If your account is inactive.
