How to Get Started with Shopee Seller Account? ↑ Back to topYou can get the seller account on Shopee marketplace here: Shopee Once you open this link, you will be redirected to the Shopee Marketplace. Next, where you have to choose among the seven countries of SOUTH-EAST ASIAN regions in which you want to sell. After choosing the country, click on the Signup tab which is placed on the right corner upwards of the page as shown below in the screenshot: The registration form pops up, where you have to provide details which are shown below in the image: Once you have provided all the above information, click on Sign Up. You can also log in with your Gmail account or connect with Facebook. Get Your Shopee Store ID ↑ Back to topTo get your Shopee Store ID, open the browser and search for SHOPEE SELLER. After the accomplishment of integration, the mandatory step to be taken by you (admin) is the Configuration of your Store with Shopee Marketplace. Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Next, click on the Shopee section of the panel. The next page displays the Account name, Shopee store Id, Shopee location, and account status. Add your Shopee account, through the “ONE CLICK AUTHORIZATION” step. In the image above, click on the ADD ACCOUNTS tab, as shown in the above screenshot. Next, click on AUTHORIZE, which will redirect you to an authorization page of Shopee. Settings ↑ Back to topYou can perform settings on Shopee through the following steps: Here is the list of options that you access from the DASHBOARD: Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. In the Account Section of Shopee, click CONFIGURE it will proceed you towards the SETTINGS page of Shopee as shown in the screenshot below: The Settings Page of Shopee includes two sections:

Category Mapping ↑ Back to topTo carry out the category mapping, the admin has to follow the necessary steps. Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. In this section, you are required to map your WooCommerce store product type with the categories on the Shopee marketplace.It is a mandatory step, and you need to ensure that the product is successfully uploaded in the correct product category on Shopee. You have to choose the correct Shopee product category which is provided in the list as shown in the screenshot below. Now, after clicking on the ‘Save’ button, you will be redirected to the profile creation, under the Profile section. Profile Management ↑ Back to topAdmin can create a new profile and assign it to the group of those products, and then upload the profile on Shopee. It saves the time of making the same changes in each meta-keys of every product. It means, instead of making the changes in the common meta-keys of every product, and admin can create a profile and assign it to all the products having common meta-keys, While creating and editing the profile, the admin has to select the product and the corresponding meta-keys. These meta-keys apply to all the products that are assigned to the profile. 1. Admin can do the following tasks:
a) Adding New Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerce Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below Click on the Shopee section of the panel. On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to a page where you have to hit on the Profile button The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following screenshot: Then click on the “Add Custom Profile” button it will redirect you to a new page where you have to fill the details as shown in the image to add a new profile. Once you have provided all these details, click SAVE to save a profile. b) Editing The Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerceGo to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to hit the Profile. The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following screenshot: In the above appearing image, you need to click on EDIT which is written just below the name of your profile to edit the profile which will redirect you a page as shown in the screenshot: Once you fill all the details, click on the SAVE button. c) Deleting The Profile On Shopee Integration for WooCommerceGo to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. Clicking on Shopee will redirect you to a page where you need to hit the PROFILE button. The PROFILE page appears, as shown in the following figure: As shown in the above image, click on DELETE to delete the profile. This will lead to the unmapping of the profile from the store Category of products to which the profile was assigned. Bulk Upload ↑ Back to topFrom the Bulk Upload feature, you can easily opt & bulk upload the items on the Shopee store under the mapped WooCommerce categories of those items.
Product Management ↑ Back to topAdmin can view all the product details such as the assigned Profile name, Product selling price, and the Product inventory. Thus, admin can perform the following tasks:

Updating The Stock of Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerceGo to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab. The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure: Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update the stock. Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update stock, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot: The stocks are updated, and a success message appears on the page. 5. Updating The Price of Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerceGo to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab. The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure: Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Update the price. Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the Update price, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot: The prices of the products are updated, and a success message appears on the page. 6. Removing The Selected Product On Shopee Integration for WooCommerceGo to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Shopee section of the panel. On clicking Shopee, you will be redirected to the page where you need to click on the Products tab. The PRODUCTS page appears, as shown in the following figure: Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Remove the product. Click the dropdown next to the Bulk Actions field, select the remove price, and then click on the Apply button as shown in the screenshot: The products are removed, and a success message appears on the page. Note- PRODUCT LAST UPDATE LOG- The information related to the last update of the product log is shown under the column. EXCLUDE UPDATE- Enabling this feature will stop the bulk update of the products in case the ‘ Inventory Sync Scheduler’is enabled in the Scheduler of the Settings. Troubleshooting ↑ Back to topMake sure the product price is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the price (this will be auto reflected in the store). While updating the price, remember to ensure it is a positive number. 2. Item Weight Invalid Make sure the product weight is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, update it in the WooCommerce store. While updating the weight, remember the below points.
3. Package Width Should be bigger than 1 Make sure the product width is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, update it in the WooCommerce store or the Profile section of the store. While updating the width, remember the below points.
4. All mandatory attributes are required If you don’t fill all necessary attributes (under Category Specific section) in the profile assigned to the product. This will lead to product upload failure. 5. The stock should be in between 1 and 9,99,999 It’s necessary that quantity must be present and it should be between 1 and 9,99,999. Make sure the product quantity is present in your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the quantity(this will be auto reflected in the store). 6. The type of Image URL is invalid. You must upload the image of 1024*1024 pixel (recommended), and there can be a maximum of 9 images, and a minimum 1 image is mandatory. Make sure the product image is present on your WooCommerce store. If not, go to your WooCommerce store and update the image(this will be auto reflected in the store). a. Title Length Exceeded. Depending upon the country in which you plan to sell your products, the recommended title length is as below.
