Each vehicle on the road requires a specific tyre size. This information can be found on the sidewall of the existing tyres, on the vehicle manufacturers tyre placard or on the sticker on the inside of the drivers’ door. When purchasing a new set of tyres it is important to verify that the new tyre size, load and speed rating are suitable for your vehicle as required by law.

A wheel alignment (also known as a tyre alignment) is the process of resetting the angle, direction and position of your vehicle’s wheels and suspension to the manufacturers recommended position. This position can slowly change over time due to suspension component and tyre wear, suspension modifications or whenever new suspension parts are installed. In order to maintain proper vehicle handling and reduce tyre wear, is it advisable to undergo a wheel alignment when installing new tyres..

Due to stock being located in various locations all over Australia, it is difficult to get the country of origin of each tyre for every customer inquiry we receive. All manufacturers, from budget to premium brands, produce their tyres all over the world, this has no effect on the quality of the product.

We only sell NEW tyres. We do not sell second hand/used tyres, factory seconds or any damaged tyres.

The tyres we sell come from Australian tyre suppliers. Most of our stock is around 1 - 2 years old, however on the rare occasion some unusual sizes can be up to 4 years old.

Unfortunately due to stock being located in various locations all over Australia, it is difficult to get the exact age of each tyre for every customer inquiry we receive. If we are able to get the age for you, we will provide it however please understand if we cannot, due to not having immediate access to every item.

Some stock might be older than 4 years. These tyres are marked as "Clearance" and you will have a price advantage due to the age. However, the tyres are still covered by the same warranty and are safe to drive.

This is possible; however, it is not advised. Cars that originally come with run flat tyres or RFT’s are designed with this in mind. There is no designated space for a spare wheel in these cars, and the suspension was designed and fine tuned to perform with the characteristics of a run flat tyre, not a standard tyre.

If your order has been placed and has not yet been shipped, Tyroola can cancel your order free of charge. In the event that your order has already been shipped, a return fee will apply. In order to initiate a cancellation please submit a request with our tyres customer service team here, and we will assist you as best we can.
