November 2nd, 2022 Verified purchase While checking up on my Web.com site, built with their online tools, I noticed a spam header had been injected into the code. I could not remove it. I called Web.com support, gave them my identification, told them the issue, and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes, while I was still on the line. Have your account number and your phone with you--they may text you as an added level of security. Good job!
BEWARE! There's no way to cancel your account through your online profile, or remove payment information. I tried to cancel through the chat online and confirm all my account info only to be told I had to call the loyalty team during call hours to stop payment for a service I don't use. Stay away at all costs! Wasted quite a bit of money due to this inconvenience. Great way to make money, terrible way to do business and build trust. Would never consider doing business with them again and warn everyone I know not to use them.

Their customer support is probably the best I have used. They are priced slightly higher than their competitor's but, as for now getting the first year discounts, stellar support and a great builder, I'll just have to make some choices when my new customer discounts go away. Overall though; TOP-KNOTCH! Rarely waited more than a minute or two. Smart, friendly techs and this was consistent because I had to contact them several times with an SSL issue which, was mostly my fault.

Maybe I'm just not computer smart enough but I can't figure out how to add products to my store. They have limited fonts and I'm stuck with my headings blending into the background. They give lots of instructions but I am rethinking this site. Hopefully will get better.
