Redmi updated the cooling system with dual 8 mm heatpipes in order to improve heat dissipation for the new APUs. The chassis lightness has also been improved with the adoption of the latest CNC aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. Port selection comes with 2x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connectors (one used for charging), 1x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 2.1 video out, audio jack and a full-size SD card reader. Wireless connectivity is offered through a Wi-Fi 6 + BT 5.2 card. Also included are a 1080p webcam, Dolby Atmos audio, system, and a 72 Wh battery with 100 W GaN fast charger.
