Lỗi windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation

Scan SFC (System file checking – Kiểm tra tệp hệ thống) là một tiện ích khá hữu ích được tích hợp vào mọi phiên bản của hệ điều hành Windows. Scan SFC phân tích tất cả các tệp hệ thống để phát hiện những hỏng hóc và khắc phục mọi sự cố xảy ra với tệp hệ thống được tìm thấy bằng cách thay thế tệp hệ thống bị hỏng bằng các phiên bản được lưu trong bộ nhớ cache hoàn toàn mới.

Việc quét SFC (sfc /scannow) thành công có thể khắc phục vô số vấn đề khác nhau với máy tính Windows, nhưng scan SFC cũng có thể bị lỗi hoàn toàn. Thông thường lỗi “Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation” là do thư mục Boot Windows không được chỉ định rõ trong lệnh SFC. Vì vậy, để vượt qua lỗi, hãy áp dụng các bước sau:

1. Tại CMD, Nhập lệnh “bcdedit” rồi nhấn Enter

2. Chú ý ký tự tên ổ đĩa của phân vùng hệ điều hành

(ví dụ như hình dưới là: “osdevice->partition = D:”)

3. Bây giờ hãy nhập vào lệnh SFC sau. Thay X bằng ký tự ổ đĩa mà bạn lấy được ở bước 2 phía trên.

• SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=X:\ /OFFWINDIR=X:\Windows

Ví dụ: Trong ví dụ này, phân vùng hệ điều hành có ký tự “D”, vì vậy lệnh sẽ là:

• SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\Windows

4. Sau đó lệnh sfc sẽ được hoàn thành quá trình mà không cón báo lỗi “Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation” nữa.

Cách 2. Cài đặt sạch Windows 10 & Kiểm tra phần cứng.

Nếu phương pháp trên không thể giải quyết được lỗi, có thể do các file hệ thống Windows bị hỏng. Trong trường hợp này, bạn nên sao lưu lại các tài liệu của mình và thực hiện cài đặt lại Windows 10.

* Lưu ý: Nếu bạn gặp phải lỗi tương tự sau khi cài đặt lại Windows 10, thì có thể vấn đề nằm ở phần cứng của bạn. Trong trường hợp này, hãy kiểm tra bộ nhớ RAM xem có vấn đề gì không. Nếu không, hãy cài đặt Windows trên một ổ đĩa mới.

I have a Windows Server 2019 which I'm using as a Hyper-V server for personal use. It is not a domain controller and does not provide any other services.

Recently, I've been experiencing updates failing to install. They often get to 20%, then sit there for hours, then fail. Usually retrying the update and/or rebooting the server sometimes several times will result in the updates installing. I did some searching into possible causes of this and found recommendations to use chkdsk, dism and sfc to ensure the system is healthy to start with.

I ran chkdsk and it reported no problems.

I have run dism numerous times and it has not reported any problems, at least not on the command line.

I disabled Windows Security and it made no difference.

I've searched on various forums and none of the suggestions such as chkdsk, dism or sfc have worked. Does anyone have a suggestion?
