The 93rd MLB All-Star Game is scheduled to be hosted by the Seattle Mariners on July 11 at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.[1] Major League Baseball released its 2023 game schedule on August 24, 2022. All teams will play 162 games. This will be the first MLB season with a balanced schedule where every team plays every other team at least once, like in the NBA and NHL. The new balanced schedule features 13 games against division rivals and a total of 52 games against division opponents. Each team will play 46 interleague games. The teams will also play a four-game home series.[2] The St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs will play a two-game series on June 24-25 at London Stadium in London.[3] The 93rd All-Star Game will be played by the Seattle Mariners on July 11th at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.[1] The MLB Little League Classic is scheduled to take place on August 20 between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Washington Nationals. The MLB at Field of Dreams game will not be played due to construction of a new youth baseball and softball complex on the site in Dyersville, Iowa.[4] On September 8, 2022, MLB announced a series of rule changes that will go into effect in 2023.[5]
