SharePoint one to many list relationship

Hello,

I've made Sharepoint online survey.

Q1 - allows to select multiple answers from a lookup Sharepoint list.
Q2 - only allow one answer.

I've imported the survey results and the lookup sharepoint list as a table and created a relationship between them.

Now I want to show te results and the answer[s] selected.

For example:
SurveyID=1;Q1=Answer2;Answer3;Q2=Answer1
SurveyID=2;Q1=Answer1;Answer2;Q2=Answer2
SurveyID=2;Q1=Answer3;Q2=Answer2

The columntype of Q1 = [List] and I'm not able to show te real values in a table like report.
