1 time a day, applaying a generous amount each time and I can leave my hair without shampooing for 24 hrs straight ( I had to experiment how long it takes to be oily again). I got my hair cut 3 weeks ago and my hair dresser saw that my hair got better and fuller. She saw baby hair all over my head and since I cut my hair short, now it looks I have more hair in the back of my head and in the sides without even using the hair dryer and just naturally let it dry.
