Ưu: "For the most part it really was a most excellent flight, especially the Dubai to SF leg where there were SO MANY CHILDREN around [should get a free upgrade just for surviving that] but the flight crew did exceptionally well and remained calm all the way through. Apart from one grumpyish woman on the second flight the majority of crew were exceptional and really went out of their way to serve and help."

Khuyết điểm: "I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated..."

You have to fill out a form, web site doesn't work, staff also can't get it to work, you finally get a call back and they send another form to fill out. Staff write the complaint and haven't heard from anyone. I had to start over. Bad at rectifying problems and caring about customers after a trip. I booked 17 tickets for this trip for my clients. Khuyết điểm: "Seat bookings in just fly are messed up. Kayak took me to just fly for the bookings. The seats for the the 16hr+ flight on just fly we're window seats however at time of check-in I got middle seats in the center 4 seats. It was the worst flight booking experience on kayak so far."

Khuyết điểm: "luggage did not make connecting flight from dubai to jfk, inspite of pilot telling us 1 hour or so delay was waiting for luggage. at jfk was told can get same night if want to. this proved futile . spent hours at JFk waiting and talking to Emirates. spoke with multiple agents including Luz, sarah, etc. finally around 12 midnight was told customs would not release till next day. but promised to get it to us by 12noon next day [flying to wyoming next day at 330 pm] . this did not happen. again multiple phone calls and promises , failed. Kiamaria even got text of address in WY where 2 suitcases should have gone. All 4 suitcases were sent to NJ and arrived at 9pm. more phone calls. this time Rachel helped with fedex labels unfortunately more problems as fedex said no barcode and we had to go to fedex office and finally they took care of it so many hours wasted, not to mention the anxiety and frustratioon How are you going to reimburse all this ????"

Ưu: "Overall the experience was good! The Emirates team are thorough professionals."

Khuyết điểm: "When we have connecting flights to other destinations, there should be a minimum time gap of 2 hours. We had only 1 hour and 25 minutes at Dubai to catch our India flight and our in New York started late by nearly an hour....worrying us! Though the delay was made good during the NY Dubai flight, there was no assurance from the Captain about this when we left NY....and we were doing calculations throughout the 14 hour flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "This is my fourth time booking Emirates for my route through kayak. The route is longer but I choose it for on-board Internet for work emails. Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

There were only two drink carts that went by on a an 11 hour flight and these were with the 2 meals that were served. Alcoholic drinks were difficult to order except with dinner. Overall, there are more amneties, foods and drink on Delta airlines."
