I find it curious that an "expert" doesn't see that the problem is with Autodesk's new installer.  Over a few months now, I have tried everything.  Before you go down a road of patronizing condescension, I am an admin on the machine, have checked security roles, cleared temp folder, rebooted, tried your two versions of the installer, etc.  Every single time, same thing.  Starts, reverts and throws error 4000.

I don't care what you think you know.  If Autodesk has made functional changes to their installer and it is "getting blocked" then it IS the installer and not the machine/OS.  Software companies like to play this game that it must be your machine.  It isn't.  To those that say you should uninstall your anti-virus or other security measures to install a piece of software, this should be a red flag.  If any company that you didn't know asked you to do this, you would throw the software in the trash.

I need a fix to this.  I feel that the excuse train is going to keep rolling and just waiting for next year's release or hoping that someone fixes the issue in the installer isn't going to work.  I need a bona fide fix and real support.  No one seems to wan to provide that, just excuses and "it should work".
