In Indonesia, where English still has the status of a foreign language, many students see English as just one more subject to pass in order for them to proceed to the next level of education. In the current curriculum, the 2013 Curriculum, English, as are the other subjects, is given the “burden” of building the character values as mentioned in the 2nd Core Competence [KI 2]. Some of the values are confidence, honesty, discipline, and responsibility. As is delineated in the Curriculum, the characters should be built through “indirect teaching”; based on that guidelines, the researcher then suggests the use of YouTube video clips about Indonesia, which has a two-fold function: to attract students’ interest, and to inculcate noble characters in the students. Preparing soft skills for students has been being a matter of great concern to both society and the education industry. Soft skills are an essential factor for the success and happiness of each individual. Many decades ago, the weakness of soft skills of Vietnamese students have been warned by educational organizations, businesses and domestic and foreign experts. Although knowledge that is considered as a necessary condition during the learning process; it is still not a sufficient condition for students who want to get a desired job. Nowadays, soft skills training activities are quite popular in almost universities and it is one of requirements for student’s graduation. However, these training activities are different in each university. In this study, from the practical experience in training soft skills of other universities, the authors recommend some basic solutions for integrating soft skills into main subjects in the specialized knowledge teaching process.

Bên cạnh đó sử dụng kỹ thuật ít xâm lấn bảo tồn phần mềm và nuôi dưỡng tạo điều kiện liền xương tốt và thẩm mỹ. Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa bằng kỹ thuật ít xâm lấn trong điều trị gãy trên lồi cầu xương đùi. Đối tượng: 40 bệnh nhân [BN]: 10 nam, 30 nữ, tuổi từ 17 tuổi trở lên, được chẩn đoán gãy trên lồi cầu xương đùi và được điều trị phẫu thuật kết xương nẹp khóa sử dụng kỹ thuật ít xâm lấn tại Bệnh viện Chấn thương Chỉnh hình Nghệ An từ tháng 05/2020-03/2023. Ứng dụng các hạt vi bao trong chế biến thực phẩm giúp sản phẩm kéo dài thời gian sử dụng, nâng cao khả năng kháng oxy hóa và cải thiện khả năng sống sót của probiotic.
Rau sống chứa nhiều chất lành mạnh và bổ dưỡng. Tuy nhiên đây cũng có thể là một nguồn lây nhiễm ký sinh trùng cao cho người ăn nếu rau không đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi nhằm mô tả thực trạng nhiễm ký sinh trùng trên rau sống và tỉ lệ kiến thức, thực hành đúng về nhiễm ký sinh trùng đường ruột trên rau sống của 232 người dân trồng rau tại xã Văn Đức, Gia Lâm, Hà Nội năm 2021 bằng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: Tỉ lệ nhiễm ký sinh trùng trên rau sống là 67,2%. Nhiễm trứng giun đũa là 36,2%, nhiễm ấu trùng giun móc/lươn là 51,3%, nhiễm đa bào chung là 60,8%. Tỉ lệ người trồng rau có kiến thức chung ở mức đạt còn thấp [37,1%]. Tỉ lệ người trồng rau có thực hành đạt về trồng rau an toàn là 75,0%.
Sarmi Regency is a coconut producer with a productive plant area of 5,085 ha or 19.9% of the total coconut area in Papua Province covering an area of 25,585 ha in 2019. There was an increase in land area of 60.96% from the previous year, but this increase was not accompanied by a significant increase in productivity. The low productivity is caused mostly by old coconut plants, not using high yielding varieties of coconut and maintenance activity not using cultivation technology. Nowadays, coconut productivity in Sarmi Regency is only 0.22 tons/ha, under the national coconut productivity 1.1 tons/ha. This paper discusses the prospects, constraints, and opportunities for developing coconut farming in Sarmi Regency, Papua.
