On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese lyrics năm 2024

A variation that skiiers sometimes sing

On top of Mount something All covered with snow I lost my poor ski pole for going to slow.

Here's an original version submitted by a fan who wrote it himself!

On top of Spaghetti, all covered with cheese. I lost my poor meatball, when somebody sneezed. It rolled off the table and on to the floor. And then my poor meatball, rolled right out the door. It rolled down the stairway, bounced down every stair. Past our lazy hound dog, and the old rocking chair. It rolled down the alley, into a drain-pipe it fell. Then down to the river, in-to a clam-shell. That clam didn't like it, so it spit it out, right onto the back of a big rainbow trout. It frightened that old fish, out of the water it jumped, and threw my poor meatball, on an old horse's rump That horse started bucking, and with one giant kick. My meatball went flying, back into our at-tic. It bounced down the heater vent, and out of the grate, and then that darned meatball, landed square on my plate. No one would believe me, I lied, they all said. "Finish you dinner, or go straight to bed". So I took a small taste, what else could I do? I can't say I liked it, well, it tasted like poo. So when no one was lookin', and no one was on guard, I threw it out the window, and into a yard. I thought it was over, no more meatballs for me. But then the next summer, it grew into a tree. The tree was gigantic, a hundred feet across. And on it grew meatballs, all covered with sauce. So if you have spaghetti, all covered with cheese. Hold on to your meatballs, 'cause someone might sneeze.

This is a shorter version that ends with the meatball ending in a splat on the street

On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed, it rolled off the table and onto the floor, and then my poor meatball it rolled out the door, it rolled down the sidewalk, and onto the street. Splat! and now my poor meatball, is nothing but meat.

If you're trying to teach a little child, this 2 line version is great.

spaghetti and meatballs all covered with cheese, I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed.

This version is a little snarky and uses a brain theme, but cooler for older kids

Inside of my skull bone, it's slimy and grey I'm losing my brain cells, more gone every day.

Though they're microscopic, I cherish each one And when they're all missing, life won't be so fun.

About my strange problem, I thought for so long I worked out a theory (and also this song).

All those neurologists say it can't be true But I'm losing my brain cells, from talking to you.

And each precious neuron that fizzles right out I'd save if such chatting, I could go without.

So inside of my skull bone, as you've probably guessed I've lost all my brain cells, and I need some rest.

Alternative Version of "On Top of Old Smokey" Please add :) Ready.... begin.... On top of old smokey, covered with sand, I shot my poor teacher with a red rubberband, I went to her funeral, I went to her grave, when they threw flowers, we threw hand grenades.

Those parodies there were in our Scout Song books here to down under, and when I read these, as well as the original, it brought back great memories of my days in Cubs, Scouts, right through to Rover scouts, and then when I became and assistant cub leader while living in Penang, I taught my young charges the same songs out of the same song book I took with me. Then on arriving back home too up as assistant again till I left scouting in '78. The music biz, and normal work took up too much time..afternoon shifts can be a trying time for leaders getting to the meeting, bar on holidays off work. But like I said...I learnt a lot in Scouting, including discipline...the days we were allowed to teach it, and other thngs of good principles that some are now deemed not politically correct...(the PC variety and I do not get on..lol..and never will)..cubs, and scouts were tougher than kids today...nowadays you have to mollycoddle them if a feather flew through the air and hit them...then they cry.

On top of the mountains All covered in snow And in the volcano The lava will glow On top of the redwoods 200 feet high And when I jump off people down there think I came from the sky On top of the white clouds That are made of steam Some just won't become rain So I can't join the team On top of the canyons when I will jump down When I dive in water I will slowly get drowned On top of the moon I stood of a face Ever heard of asia That i-is my race

My 3rd grade teacher made a shortened version of this for the messiest kid in our class. I can't remember the whole thing, but I remember this part: "She didn't look happy She didn't look glad In fact, my poor teacher really looked sad She told me to clean it Get my books off the desk (Can't remember the words here) I did it with pleasure I did it with pride" She asked if his desk was really a desk or just Old Smokey before doing this.

This is the version I learned: On top of old Smokey all covered in snow, I learned a great lesson you all ought to know. For I met a great hunter. He was only a youth, but he wasn’t hunting rabbits. He was hunting the truth. He told me he found it, in the red sunset’s glow, in the sound of the thunder, and the touch of the snow. The truth was quite simple, just as plain as could be. And I’ll always remember, what the hunter told me. Be kind to your neighbor, be honest and true. Be kind to your neighbor, and he’ll be kind to you.
